Many people of the world say, "DISCRIMINATION"
Is that true?

Let me say my opinion.
American Police had better change SYSTEM OF POLICE BUSINESS.
Generally speaking, American Police Business is out of date.
Especially, ordinary policemen's level.
Improve system of ordinary policemen's jobs.
Let's make the new police business of new days in U.S.A.
