Is The New Bank of China (AIIB) able to save Asia, Europe and the world?
It's not easy job.
Does China know the money crisis, economic crisis?
May be NO.
China must know the world-wide-level-crisis.
And also China must have policy to conquest that.
The situation of economics of Asia, Europe, South America isn't good.
Panic of economics is very dangerous.
China must consider that seriously.
