Local cities will recover soon?
I don't think so.
What do you think about that?
Now almost countries in this world is anxious about the situation of local cities.
those cities power became down and down.
Nobody improve the situation.
Somebody said,
"Third level people live in local cities in this world. The situation will be worse and worse."
And other people said,
"Near the future, many local cities will disappear."
People of local cities never know that.
What should we do?
