High risk countries are several E.U. countries, China Russia, North and South Korea.

Let me say, HIGH-RISK COUNTRIES.

5, North Korea
6, South Korea

Near the future, economical power of China and Russia are down and down.
Because both countries' economic systems are so out of date.
The end of 19 century style economic style keep on using.
E.U. may help other E.U. nations.
But How about Russia and Asia countries?
May be NO.
