In Japan the big scandal exists. Do you know?

One is Minister of Economy Trade and Industry, Mis. Yuko Obuchi.
Her scandal is money scandal.
The other is Minister of Justice Mis. Midori Mathushima.
She gave Uchiwa(Traditional Japanese handy fan) to people of her election area.
Some opposite party members said, "Her action is against the law.
Now Japanese Prime Minister Abe stands above the big pinch.
